SMART GLASS is based on PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) technology. We adopt advanced laminating production technology, use special high-transmittance EVA film and mirror-grade ultra-white float glass. After the processing is completed, more than 40 rigorous testing processes are performed to ensure that the product is defect free and is delivered to the customer with quality and quantity. The process is a new type of special laminated glass made by compounding a piece of smart film between two layers of glass and synthesizing it at high temperature and pressure. The optical performance of the product reaches the world advanced level. The light transmittance is up to 82% and the haze value is about 3.3% when the power is turned on. The haze is up to 96% when the power is turned off, which perfectly protects privacy. The product types cover low-iron flat type, curve type, fireproof and explosion-proof type, color art type, double glazing type and one-way perspective type. It can be made into a variety of door types such as floor spring doors, hinge doors, automatic (manual) sliding doors, framed doors, frameless doors, revolving doors.
Features of Smart Laminated Glass:
The characteristics of the electrically controlled Smart glass are transparent and power-off grinding due to the "electro-optical effect" of the Smart film. After it is made into the finished laminated product, it also has the following characteristics:
1. Safety: use laminated glass production process. The film in the interlayer can firmly bond the glass, so that when the dimmer glass is impacted and broken, the glass fragments are bonded in the film, and the glass fragments will not splash and hurt people.
2. Environmental protection characteristics: the film in the dimmer glass and my dimmer film can shield more than 90% infrared and more than 98% ultraviolet. Shielding infrared can reduce heat radiation and transmission. Shielding ultraviolet can protect the indoor display from fading and aging due to ultraviolet radiation.
3. Sound insulation characteristics: Smart glass intermediate film has sound damping effect, which can effectively block all kinds of noise.
4.
