Product Description

Microcrystalline glass is a multiphase composite material made by controlling the crystallization process of glass, combining the smoothness and transparency of glass with the high strength and heat resistance of ceramics. It is widely used in construction, home appliances, medical care, and other fields.

Core advantages:

1. Exceptional thermal shock resistance: Due to its extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion (with some materials having a CTE close to 0), it can withstand being heated to 600°C and then rapidly cooled to 10°C without cracking, which is far superior to ordinary glass and borosilicate glass.

2. High hardness and mechanical strength: Its mechanical strength can be up to 6 times that of ordinary glass, and its wear resistance is comparable to that of cast stone, even harder than high carbon steel.

3. Zero water absorption rate and anti-stain: With a water absorption rate close to zero, it is resistant to stains and the "spillage" phenomenon, making it easy to clean and maintain. It is suitable for use in environments such as kitchen countertops and building facades.

4. Good chemical stability: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, not prone to discoloration due to reaction with water vapor and carbon dioxide in the air, and has a long service life.
